Our plan

Home / Our plan

As a faith based organization, we are compelled and called by a biblical mandate to care for the most vulnerable of our society, the orphans. It is a passion and our labor of love to care for and protect the children who have no one to speak for them, no one to act on behalf of their best interests, no one who will do everything possible to help them be successful in life and break free from a generational cycle of abuse, poverty, violence, and neglect. We are committed to creating a home environment where each child, whether short term or long term, can find the love of a family, and know that they have purpose and destiny in their life. We are determined to see them fulfill that purpose and destiny through Casa Arbol.

Our mission, vision, and objectives, define who we are and what we do…

Mission

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to being a voice and advocate for orphans. We exist to love and care for orphans and vulnerable children by providing a family atmosphere where our children can experience all of the stability, love, and guidance that comes from a healthy, loving, home environment.

Vision

Our vision is to be a place of security, development, growth, love, and happiness for each child at Casa Arbol who has been rescued from a life of risk and vulnerability. We are committed to providing each child with the basic fundamental needs that will help them grow and thrive intellectually, physically, spiritual, socially, and educationally, so that they have the best chance of being a healthy, successful, and productive member of society. We want them to grow in faith and reach their maximum potential in life so that they can fulfill their purpose and destiny in whatever they do in the world.

General Objectives

  1. To show each child, not only the love of God, but the love of a family. To instill in the hearts and minds of each child that they are valued, special, and unique. To cultivate a sense of self-worth and confidence that their lives matter, that they have purpose and destiny, that they can overcome and have dreams and goals that they can one day accomplish and experience; a life of success, hope, and fulfillment.
  2. To give each child the attention, protection, and parental guidance, whether temporary or long term, where their rights are guaranteed, and where their individual needs are sufficiently met according to each child’s age and past history.
  1. To evaluate each child’s family situation and history and generate an action plan to meet and treat their particular situation, whether it be psychologically, physically, emotionally, educationally, socially, or spiritually, and provide the support and development they need to thrive and grow in each of those areas.
  1. To work with and support those families whose children are in the custody of Casa Arbol, providing them with the tools and training they need as parents and care-givers so that they can be reintegrated back into their own families.
  2. To identify adoptive parents and work to integrate those children who have no family into a loving home, where they will be cared for, protected, and loved in a healthy family environment.
  3. To continue to raise, parent, love, and invest in those children who for whatever reason, remain long term in Casa Arbol and continue to be part of our family through college and even into adulthood. We will leave no child without the care and love of a family, regardless of their time at Casa Arbol.
